About the role

This is a unique opportunity to work with high growth technology companies on growth capital rises and exists. We are looking M&A Associate to support capital raises and M&A transactions.

You will

• Work with experienced M&A executives to help our clients raise capital or exit
• Engage with clients to help facilitate a successful exit or growth capital raise
• Support data analyses and drive financials modeling

Ideally, you have

• Worked in a an Analyst role (or similar) at an investment bank or high growth tech company
• Some experience with M&A and Capital raises
• Extensive experience with Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, Slack, and other common productivity apps

This is a 100% remote opportunity.
